Small business on Etsy. These are the nicest cutters I have ever purchased in my opinion. Stunning quality and the shop owner always gets my custom orders perfect! Its the little things like the sharpness of the edges and the thought put into finger grips. They always have an extremely clean impression and cut. Excellent customer service/packaging/presentation. We have literally purchased hundreds of cutters and this is my go-to shop now every time.

Clay cutter digital files (STL files for 3D printing at home)
If you have your own 3D printer and are looking to print your cutters from home, FunkyCutters on Etsy is the shop I always use. The prints always turn out exactly as listed and the selection/variety is HUGE. Excellent customer service again and great experiences with customs as well.
Silkscreens
I have one Etsy shop I purchase all my silkscreens from, MOIKOsilkscreens. Excellent quality and customer service. I have not ordered customs as of yet but everything I have ordered has been excellent.
