PROCESSING TIMES: All mugs/earrings are made to order and have a processing time up to 20 business days PRIOR TO SHIPPING. We do occasionally make extras and ship things out sooner but there are no guarantees.

DAMAGE: Please be advised that all items created in the shop are handmade and fragile. Ceramics may break. If there is an issue with the integrity of any of the items you purchased we will address it in a way that is fair. If you choose to use a mug as a drinking vessel you do so with the understanding that the art on the front of the mug is not indestructible and the mugs themselves are also not indestructible. 

***Please note, all items are handmade/assembled individually, this may result in slight variations of color, finger prints, bubbling, brush strokes, and other minor imperfections. We do our best to keep them consistent and would never send out a product that we felt was below our standards.

Earring Care Instructions

*Do not bathe or swim with your earrings on

*Handle with care, they are durable but clay can break

*Avoid contact with perfumes, oils and other similar products

*Gently wipe with damp cloth to clean

*Store in a cool, dry place

Mug Care Instructions

*Gentle hand wash only as these mugs have a combination of polymer clay, resin, and varnish.

*Do not put in dishwasher, microwave, or oven.

*Do not soak outside of mug in water. Thoroughly dry mug after washing.

*These mugs are made to be used but are NOT indestructible, so please handle with care.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

• At this time we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Cancellations and Refunds: 

• An order can be cancelled up until it has shipped. Once shipped it is a final sale. Please message us if you need to make an adjustment to your order. 
• Refunds will only be given if an item arrives damaged or is lost in the post (confirmed by carrier through tracking). Proof of damage must be provided with notice. Please message us if there are issues with your order.
