RETURNS/REFUNDS: In an effort to reduce waste and over-production of products our tees/sweaters are made to order. This means your shirt is made for you when you order it. Because of this we do not accept returns as this is a custom made to order item. Refunds/Exchanges only if item arrives damaged. Proof of damage must be submitted within three days of delivery.
SHIPPING: Production time is 3-7 days. PLEASE NOTE shipping is heavily affected by the holidays. Before purchasing, please understand it may take 2-6 weeks POST PRODUCTION for your order to arrive depending on where you are located (most orders arrive within three weeks). Items are shipped as soon as they are made. This means if you order multiple sweaters they may arrive separately.
Sweaters are produced in a separate facility from the rest of our products. Therefore shipping costs cannot be combined for these items.
