All earrings are lovingly handmade by us in small batches. They may have small imperfections. Please keep in mind that no two pairs are the same and there will be variations in colors, and patterns within a batch as multiple earrings are cut from one slab or are individually made. The pair of earrings you purchase may not be identical to the ones in the photo provided.
Colors may also vary slightly depending on the device you are using to view the site and product.
Metal charms and hardware are not made/cut by us. We source the charms/hardware and assemble them ourselves in designs that we create.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: EARRING CARE
-Do not bath/shower/swim with your earrings on.
-Although polymer clay is flexible and durable, it can still break so store in a safe dry place and avoid bending.
-Do not expose them to high temperatures/heat (eg leaving in a hot car).
-If makeup rubs onto them, clean off with a damp cloth/paper towel.
METAL SENSITIVITIES: All stud hardware specifics are provided within each listing. Please read carefully. Buyer is responsible to ensure they are not allergic to the metals listed.
PROCESSING TIMES/SHIPPING: Please note the estimated delivery window provided to you at checkout by Shopify. I have a minimum 4-6 week processing time before an order is shipped depending on my current work load. I work at a pace that protects my hands ,so sometimes I am faster and other times I am working at the longer end of my processing times if Im feeling a bit sore. Please be advised that this may mean your order will arrive after the estimated delivery time provided to you at checkout, but I do my best to get your order finished as quickly as possible. Your order will be sent with Expedited Shipping unless you choose to upgrade to Xpress at checkout. If you are concerned about a delivery window/date or if your order is for a gift or special event, please reach out to us before purchasing to we can give you a better idea of our current shipping time
DAMAGE/LOSS: If your package is lost (confirmed by carrier), or damaged, we are happy to refund your purchase or replace the items if we still have them in stock. Please note there is a claims process that must be completed through Shopify that requires customer participation. We require proof of damage (photos) within 48 hrs of delivery.
RETURNS: Once shipped, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
